I think that the internet is harmful towards our not only metal, but physical health also as the cases of cyber bullying, threats of privacy increases. The internet is something we are overly attached to. Therefore the user should be more self-aware and be more responsible when it comes to using the internet.

I don"t think that internet is harmful as I think that the internet should be save for us to use as many people use It to find their information"s and sometime listen to some music"s and without the internet we can"t play our computer games without internet we can"t communicate also the information have to be found in the books where sometimes we can"t find. Therefore I think that internet will bring more good than harm.

Both for adults and children, the most statistically significant risk factor for Internet use is weak familial connections. The data indicate that adults are at risk when they are unmarried or emotionally distant from their spouse. Anything we do to strengthen our marriages"from spending more time together as husbands and wives, to taking courses in the practice and philosophy of marriage"makes us less vulnerable to the Internet.

From my perspective i don't agree on what you said as we are human and we needs to communicate therefore we need space and so the adult need to understand the risk of the unmarried or emotionally so sometime things can be save but sometime we need to take some precautions like putting up the firewall i agree that husband and wife should spend more time to get but the still need our own time.

The data also indicate that children are at risk when they are physically separated or emotionally distant from their parents. Anything we do to strengthen our relationships with our children"from spending more one-on-one time with them, to taking courses in the practice and philosophy of parenting"makes them less vulnerable to the Internet.
