the first round is acceptance only. rules are those of the national speech and debate association.
your trying to convince me that execution needs to to be more humane for those on death row. It does not matter what the execution is as long as its more humane.

lets start. those on death row have forfeit there right to humanity by breaking major laws so they do not need to be treated more humane. there is a lot of money being put into this research that could be spent on more important projects. money is being spent that the U.S. does not even have for we are in major dept.

I will bring numbers up in my next speech.

sorry about the forfeit in round two I have been working on school. got nine days left.

now back to the argument
The U.S. is spending 137 million dollars a year from just California's taxpayers money to cover the cost of executions.

Now those on death row have forfeit there right to humanity by committing some crime that was against the law. So why are we spending so much money on those who gave up there rights?

I'm not certain that answers my question. Do you mean all available methods for execution? If so, then you should probably suggest a separate method in your first round.

I think the topic is missing something. "There should be more human execution for those on death row"... than what? What methods of execution do you think are inhumane? Are you specifically referring to a certain group, or are you including all methods of execution? Would your concerns include lethal injection?
