No there is no meaning in meaningless because if their were meaning, then it wouldn't be meaningless. I mean if you added a meaning to meaningless than it would be called meaning, not meaningless.

Your completely right in a literal sense but I am talking spiritually. To me and most people the entire universe is what they see everyday and on tv . We dream about being a president or a famous rapper , ect ,ect ,this brings us meaning in our tiny speck that to us is everything . And is meaningless to the asteroid flying through space.

It is utterly impossible to create a meaning of the entire existence that is universal and absolute.

Even if we consider there is a christian-like god who created us for the sole purpose to be worshipped, we might say that the common purpose and significance of humanity is to worship him. However, unless that god utterly controls and manages our thoughts, we as individuals might choose a different meaning - to be happy, to create, or we might just find our meaning in rebellion against worship of such a god.
Only thing that such a god would provide an answer to would be to our origin.
But, of course how we came to be does not determine the internal significance we give to our lives.

From a higher perspective, the god himself would be without meaning. We as humans might assign some meaning to his existence, but only if we choose to do so.

I am the opinion that we should ask that "one grand question" in a different way, and that is:

What is the highest goal for a human to have in life, and what should I do to make my life really worthwhile?
I am the opinion it's up to you to decide.

However, throughout the entire human history an universally common theme can be seen in how people answer this question, and the majority of religions and philosophies share the common response to it and it is that unconditional love is the ultimate and highest goal to which man can aspire, and only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.

It may seem clich", but that is what the answer to the big question currently seems to be.

The word "meaning" usually has two different meanings (dictionary-type).

First is purely descriptive - when we talk about meaning of a word, and want to know what it describes. That is of course a relative construct, and applying it universally is absurd. English words have a meaning to a person speaking english, but to a chimpanzee they are be utterly meaningless. The word "cat" does not have a greater meaning from the universal viewpoint as any other sound or a combination of lines.
Therefore, all descriptive meaning is artificial and created.

Second descriptive meaning of the word is utilitarian - describing a thing's purpose and significance

That is also purely a relative construct, and applying it universally is also absurd. Purpose of a dress might be to stay warm for one person, it might be to impress other people for another, or it can be to serve as a source of food for a moth.
When we talk about a human life, a significance of it can be even more diverse. Purpose, significance of a human being can be to work for his master as a slave, to die for his king in a battle, to provide monetary gain to a salesman, to serve as a food source for a tiger, and it changes drastically depending on a point of view.
Our lives can be also the most meaningful and significant thing in the entire universe for our mother, father, spouses or children, however. But for many other people they don't have a meaning.

There is ultimately no objective and inherent purpose, meaning or significance to anything and anyone.

The significance and purpose of a person's existence from his own viewpoint can of course be anything he chooses. The sense of "my meaning" is something that makes any sense only for concious beings such as ourselves, rocks or animals are not capable of contemplating it.

"If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning: just as, if there were no light in the universe and therefore no creatures with eyes, we should never know it was dark. Dark would be without meaning."
