LatentDebater

Con

Pro has the burden of proof.

Won = Gains the most votes after the debate has finished, in the undeterminable future.

Rules:
  1. Cannot say that your name is con or argue that I am not con.
  2. Cannot say that burden of proof is on me (con).
AlwaysMoreThanYou

Pro

There is no doubt Con will gain the most votes, because I concede. I can't win if I concede, so Con wins by default.

The resolution is affirmed.
Debate Round No. 1
LatentDebater

Con

You can win if you concede if irrational people choose to votebomb.

And this is more likely than not considering it takes less effort for one to not read a debate and cast an uneducated impulsive vote than the latter. Thus, votebombing is the path of least resistance and it takes less effort to agree to the proposition than to fight it so most will inevitably vote pro. And there is certainly no 100% certainty in the matter.
AlwaysMoreThanYou

Pro

I am from the future, and can tell you with 100% certainty that Con will garner more votes than Pro. Don't believe me? Once this debate enters the voting period, you can see the proof for yourselves.

I'll probably forfeit the rest of the debate to cement Con's win. Do note that Con can get more votes but fewer points.
Debate Round No. 2
LatentDebater

Con

Whilst con has shown that he thinks his subjective knowledge of what he has done and seen are, in memory, telling him he has been to the future and back... In objective reality of the universe, he might well have been created this instant, as could we all, with false memories. It is for this reason that con cannot be 100% certain of my loss.
AlwaysMoreThanYou

Pro

It's objectively 100% certain that this debate will be won by Con.
Debate Round No. 3
LatentDebater

Con

It's objectively 100% certain that this debate will be won by Con.

False assertion.

Due to votebombers I reckon only 99% certain at most.
AlwaysMoreThanYou

Pro

Pro

Remember that if Con gains more votes, even if he gets fewer points, he has 'won' by his definition.

Even if he wasn't banned, I wouldn't know who to vote for...

Well, with Con banned, Pro wins. Or loses. How does that work? I don't know!

Vote tie.

If six people vote 1 point for Con, and one person votes 7 points for Pro, the resolution is affirmed due to Con's bizarre definition of 'win'.

I think the only proper vote on this debate is a tie. Anything else opens up the floor to logical paradox. And then people will fall through the open floor onto the docks and, logically, injure themselves in the fall. Or actually it's winter now. And they might fall into the water and since it's winter the water will be cold, they could drown or freeze to death.

I don't think it's right to risk people freezing to death, so I recommend everyone vote a tie on this debate once it's concluded.

The unique nature of this debate is such that it is unwinnable for both parties. The winner of voting wil lose the debate, and vise versa.
