The jury system depends too much on the juries. The main problem of this phenomenon is that the lawyers hire people who gather information on these juries. One shouldn"t oversight the fact that these hired people create a list of characteristics and personality of the juries. Then, the lawyers make a speech that would curry favor to the juries. Apparently, this kind of trial that involves cheating is not fair.

My first argument is that the reliability on the Jury system is too low. Juries recruited for the jury system are normal citizens. Even if the juries go through a test, they are the ones who are not accustomed to judging. It will take some time for them to get used to the atmosphere at the court. The juries are likely to make decisions with just circumstancial evidence. Without a doubt, there is a chance of misjudgment. In cases of death penalties, a misjudgment on the trial is critical.

Reasons for voting decision: Probably the worst debate I have ever seen. There was a lack of argumentation, sources, and spelling and grammar. Also Pro conceded. Therefore Conduct points to Con
