At the moment families in the U.K can have as many children as they like some families only have 2 or 3 children but on the other hand some have 6,7 or even 8.For those families is it harder than you can, as they have to take care of so many children which also means more things needed in the house and more money spent and too many children in schools. This will also mean it will be that either the elder or the younger children won't get enough attention.

First of all, i think you mean ban, not band. cause that would be weird.
It is true that some families for 2 or 3 or even 10 children in their household. But you must remember, having as how much children entirely depends on the parents. A husband and wife has to decide on how many kids they want to have.
Banning or creating a law to prevent people from reproducing is every way unethical. It would really disrupt the Happiness of a certain household. If this happens it would contribute to the increasing in percentage of divorces in the UK. We wouldn't want that would be.
Second of all, YES, placing a restriction on the number of kids in a household would, in the short term, would increase the income of a certain household. But we must also take a look at things as a bigger picture. Decreasing the amount of offsprings in the present would lead to a decrease in the number of citizens in the future. This will also lead to a decrease in labour, specialist, professionals in the UK. Thus in time, the population of the UK will gradually decrease.
Let us take Singapore for an example. The amount of household having children has drastically decrease, and the government of Singapore has concern on the population and the life of their future generations. The government there is not taking action to decrease the population, alternately they are paying for couples to have babies. if you are saying that the space for a big country such as UK is limited for people to have more children, imagine a country as small as Singapore actually wants more citizens.

Linking back to my first point although the primary schools are free, these schools will be full and the parents will have to put their children in private schools which cost a lot, which also means more money will be needed as their will a different uniform and more hard work as the children have to give entrance tests. Moving on to my second point, there are too many people who want a high paying job means more jobs and the government doesn't have enough money to build more offices and job centers. If there aren't enough jobs then there will be some families who don't have working adults and won't have an income in their house. This is why I think we should ban families in UK from having more than two children.
