RESOLVED: To prevent aircraft hijacking, all passengers are required to be nude while on the aircraft, and carry-on baggage is prohibited.

Mmmmkay . . . prove it.

As both PRO and the instigator, my opponent bears the burden of proof. She has not met that burden. Therefore, the default vote goes to me.

Here are some quick objections I think of as I read the resolution:

1) Many people would feel embarrassed. Those people would no longer want to fly anymore. This would hurt the transportation business.
2) Stripping everyone would not prevent aircraft hijacking. Terrorists will always find a way. What we need to do is to pull out of the middle east; not strip everyone!
3) Some religions (e.g. Islam) prohibit public nudity. Therefore, the resolution discriminates against some religion people.

It's sad that peace-maker didn't post anything else. That would be interesting to read. :(

I voted CON on everything but sources. I consider a forfeit as automatically being a vote for my opponent in terms of the spelling/grammar department (if needed, I'll explain why).

Conduct: CON. Pro forfeited everything and didn't even post a first argument, which I find annoying.

S/G: TIE. Nothing much to say other than the fact that either you both know english or spell check.

ARG: CON. Non contested. Pro had no arguments.

SOURCES: TIE. No one had sources.

Conduct - CON - PRO forfeited two rounds.

English - TIE - Both debaters' English were fine.

Argument - CON - PRO didn't meet her burden, and CON made uncontested counterarguments.

Sources - TIE - No sources on either side.
