I don't think that always too much of one food is bad. Especially if it's healthy. Too much lettuce will not hurt you (of course, our definition of "too much" is subjective, but there is a threshold at some point.) as long as you fit others things into your diet to allow for other nutrients and needed minerals, vitamins, etc, and fit within your caloric and fat/sugar/carb/etc limits.

I respectfully disagree. Cats are the sole cause of global warming. We all agree that the Ku Klux Klan is evil, and without blacks and Jews, there would be no Klan; therefore the best way destroy them would be annihilate those people. The French caused 9-11. The date, not the tragedy. If you look at the average German nut hair follicle and compare it to gay rights, you can clearly see that the universe is negative one inch in Canada.

Is the truth junk food in excess harmful to our health, we should avoid eating foods with fats and eating healthy food 😊

True. When is "too much" not a problem? If you have too much food in the refrigerator, you can't put any more in there. If you eat too much chocolate, you get sick. If you have too many cats, you might get made fun of for being the crazy cat lady.

Too much of anything is bad. If you are being force fed lettuce there will become a point where you die. This debate was crap anyway.

doesn't the phrase "too much" imply a notion of negativity. When we say that someone has too much of something, the had a negative experience with the amount if that this he had. Technically you side of the debate is unwinnable, because "too much" of something is always bad in definition.

Reasons for voting decision: Resolution: "Too much of the same food is bad" Pro's arguments had absolutely nothing to do with the debate eg. Cats are the sole cause of global warming. The French caused 9-11. Con wins

Reasons for voting decision: Pro was completely off topic, talking about cats and global warming and black people and the KKK, which has nothing to do with food. Con says something that's actually on topic, that "too much" is subjective and that lots of healthy food wouldn't be a problem. I have to award Argument points to Con, since only he posted something relevant. (And this is one of the few times where the Instigator wins a 1 Round debate!)
