Tournament III: Military operation to prevent the negative effects of genocide should be initiated by the US
==========

Writ large:
I defend the position that the USA should initiate a policy that supports military operations to prevent the negative effects of genocide in the international sphere.

>> Ambiguous definitions >>
Genocide – I'll be using an international definition not the common definition of genocide. The mass homicide of people who have a common identity and not simply a common race.

Arguments come in round 2. Best of Luck.

Zetsubou: I was generous with the challenge time, but next week I will not be so generous. It took too long and ultimately defeated the purpose of having a challenge round.

That is all... Good luck!
