Pro

Trees are living.
Humans are living.
Therefore, trees are human.
jxc2000

Con

1. Cell structure: Trees and humans, as you had stated earlier, are both living, and according to cell, are both made of cells. However, the cells that are part of them have a different structure, most notably the cell walls and the chloroplasts
2. Behavior. To my knowledge, both plants and humans can interact with each other. However, humans have much more complicated methods of social interaction to accomplish things such as, this website, buildings, etc

Slightly different version of Association Fallacy on Pro's part.
Trees (A) Are living (C).
Humans (B) Are living (C).
Trees=Living
Humans=Living
Conclusion: Therefore Trees=Humans.
This is not correct, logically. See links.
(If this were math, then you would be correct, as if A=C and B=C then A=B=C, but this is not math.)
