after talking to friends of all ages from countries worldwide. i keep hearing a common idea. that america needs a revise. not a new political party. but the whole thing. were a booming nation that's working off of a .... old piece of paper... i dont know but i honestly know parts of the government is corrupt. its inevitable. with power comes corruption, its a human motif. but what alot of people are saying more and more is that after WW2 the U.S has been a bloodshed undercover. and im no crackpot conspiracy creeper. but am i the only one who found it odd how gung ho we were to ransack libya's government for the rebels when so many other counties needed help more? and of how FAST we were there in full presence? and after hati. now we have full millitary presence there too?? i think some stuff is going a bit under the radar here and honestly. its been a long time since any land grabs of any size. and i see the US setting up all these locations with full millitary presence. .. ummm what happens if we decide. hmm deeeees be ours. well crap. were already there. we know the country. and its no choice. but back to point. i think the United States of America needs a new constitution. the government is STUPID. heres a joke. you cant hit your kid. WHAT??!?! if you hit your kid and he goes to the school with a bruise the parent goes to jail for abuse... w...o....w? no al lthe kids in america are ungrateful beause we cant PUNISH THEM.if a kid tells his mom shes a s***y h*e at age .... 6 ? and you give him a slap on the wrist and say thats a nono dont do that? that wont work! theres NO dicipline. in 16 years old. i admit it. my mom skinned by butt RAW if i showed ANY disrespect. and honestly im probally one of the most level headed and respectful people you'll ever meet in person. and im GLAD i got that. im thankful. yeah i hated her for it but dang now that im later down the road its invaluable. and drugs. ok so... i forgot who did it but they legalized ALL drugs. ( ment wasnt around yet :( ) but anyways they legalized it >>ALL<<. and they opened public clinics to sell the stuff! weed you name it they sold it. at good prices to fund the government! and drug use rates went down 40% drug crimes were down 90% and the general population and crime rates were just amazing. and the government gets funded. now i live in California and were DEFYING the U.S constitution and were selling medicinal marijuana! last state to defy like this was south Carolina in the times of Andrew Jackson! i mean so many laws here are dumb! if the US government Legalized weed their debt crisis would be fixed pretty darn quick. the weed buisness rakes in CRAZY cash. and ALOT more people do it than you know. and yes it has health benefeits! but its simple. dumb law that could help the gov. if they used their brains. i think the US is screwed up and has ALOT of dumb laws. any ideas? these are just my ramblings and i apologise if i got off topic but in ways their proof of the idiocy.

Since Pro instigated the debate and is advocating a change, he has the burden of proof. Therefore, if I succesfully counter my opponents arguments, I win.

"after talking to friends of all ages from countries worldwide. i keep hearing a common idea. that america needs a revise. not a new political party. but the whole thing. were a booming nation that's working off of a .... old piece of paper... i dont know but i honestly know parts of the government is corrupt. its inevitable. with power comes corruption, its a human motif." I have no idea what you are trying to say here. You state that the government is currently corrupt, but that corruption is inevitable. Are you saying that no matter what we do, the government will be corrupt? Seems to be a pretty good argument...for my side. Thanks!

"but what alot of people are saying more and more is that after WW2 the U.S has been a bloodshed undercover. and im no crackpot conspiracy creeper. but am i the only one who found it odd how gung ho we were to ransack libya's government for the rebels when so many other counties needed help more? and of how FAST we were there in full presence?" Sources? Any evidence? Your lack of evidence is definitely not helping you.

" and after hati. now we have full millitary presence there too?? i think some stuff is going a bit under the radar here and honestly. its been a long time since any land grabs of any size. and i see the US setting up all these locations with full millitary presence. .. ummm what happens if we decide." Um...no we don't. http://en.wikipedia.org...'ll just ignore your other fallicious reasoning for now.

" i think the United States of America needs a new constitution. the government is STUPID. heres a joke. you cant hit your kid. WHAT??!?! if you hit your kid and he goes to the school with a bruise the parent goes to jail for abuse... w...o....w? no al lthe kids in america are ungrateful beause we cant PUNISH THEM.if a kid tells his mom shes a s***y h*e at age .... 6 ? and you give him a slap on the wrist and say thats a nono dont do that? that wont work! theres NO dicipline." Would you rather have child abuse? There is no law that says we can't punish children...simply laws protecting them. You provide no evidence supporting your wild claims, so I think it is fair to assume they are false.

" ok so... i forgot who did it but they legalized ALL drugs. " http://lmgtfy.com... seems that there wasn't anyone who legalized all drugs. You only provide one example of a drug that was legalized, and it isn't even completely legal. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say anything about drugs.

My opponent has forfeited two rounds, and no new arguments have been made. He loses this debate in conduct for forfeiting several rounds, loses in arguments due to his BoP not being fulfilled, and in spelling for obvious reasons. He provides no sources at all, and the evidence he does have is factitious.

Does government even have relevance anymore? Why reform something that was broken from the very start.

Can i point out that we dont even follow the constitution?

I mean, obviously if we can avoid it then it isnt really worth enough damns to be relevant. But then, that goes for all laws because humans are adaptable and we actually live in an ecosystem which cant be legislated.

I must also point out that those who think the constitution should be replaced really dont understand it. Its one of the most logical bits of legislation i've ever read. But, like i said, if people feel the need to avoid it, then it obviously doesnt include enough. This is why i have written my own constitution, which is called a Notice of Understanding and Intent of a Claim of Right(s) or NOUICR. However, since i'm the only person to sign this document, it isnt worth a damn either :(

Maybe the whole Constitution is woefully antiquated and irrelevant to 21st Century America - the people that wrote it couldn't possibly have envisaged what the country would be like centuries down the line - but who would decide what a new Constitution, revised on a wholesale basis, would look like?

There would be massive disagreements - possibly fundamental enough to divide the Union.

I declare conflict of interest, by the way - I am a citizen of a country that has no written constitution and a history of ancient conflicts with the newly-formed America: Great Britain.
