I think that nobody in the western world actually gives a damn about what happens in Ukraine
Kylar

Con

I accept :). Thanks for this debate, it should be a good one :). I say that the west does care about what happens in Ukraine. Russia is bent on seizing it yes, but the USA, Germany and France at least care about what is happening. The sanctions aren't doing much, but they are at least trying to end this war. The EU is also trying to stop the conflict, so yes, some of the west does care about the sad situation in Ukraine.
I rest my case for round 1, and thank you for starting this debate, and good luck to you:)

The U.S. is certainly not trying to stop the conflict. The CIA has a plethora of agents in Ukraine right now instigating things. There is a man who is in Ukraine from the U.S. who set up a shop to sell baseball bats and teach kids how to play baseball. Nobody in Ukraine plays baseball. All of a sudden these pro-Ukrainian thugs are running around with baseball bats as weapons? Not a coincidence. Why was it that Ukrainian police AND pro-Russian demonstrators were found shot by high caliber rifle rounds? Clearly someone was sniping and it wasn't just Russians. Somebody received weapons training.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct: Con, because of Pro's profanity. S&G: Grammar errors found in Pro's arguments. Arguments: Con. Con's arguments went untouched and Pro didn't have much of an argument. Sources: No sources used.
