Pro

Underglow neons are currently illegal unless they are white and used on stationary vehicles. This should change because i cannot see what the problem is with them. I can see how blue might be dangerous but other than that there is no practical reason for banning them.

It's probably for safety and sensitive people who think it looks like a gang sign. but in the states, it's also illegal. however, i'm not for it or against it. i think it look cool and as long as not all cars have it, it's a cool thing to have on your car so that not all cars look the same.
