As I sat in social studies class watching Channel One news, the broadcaster said something that honestly made me laugh. Video games (such as Modern Warfare, Call Of Duty, Halo, ETC.,) might be what is causing this sudden outbreak in dangerous behavior. Now why would some video game be changing a child's behavior? Maybe the parents aren't watching their children? Maybe the game seller needs to be taking extra precautions to make sure a child does not buy such bad video game? I don't think it is the game that is changing the child's behavior, I think it is the adults who are not paying attention to their children.

Good luck!

"Now why would some video game be changing a child's behavior?"

It is called influence. A child picks up what they see it is basic psychology. Kids speak whatever language they are exposed to. They act in whatever way their parents expose them to. And if parents expose them to video games, you might be right that the parents are more at fault but that isn't the debate. The debate is if video games affect children behavior. Now, whether or not it is the parents' fault is irrelevant. What children are exposed to affect their behavior.

"I don't think it is the game that is changing the child's behavior, I think it is the adults who are not paying attention to their children."

You can refer to what I said above. Once again, just because the parents are at fault, does not mean video games do not affect children's behavior. For example, if parents give kids drugs, you could say "it is the parents fault" and you would be right. But it would be absurd to say that drugs don't harm a kid.
