Pro

Wally West has the ability to steal speed and his costume is made out of pure Speed Force Energy. Plus he can use the Infinite Mass Punch which could create a hole the size of a Meteor.

I hate to say it but yeah, he probably would. Barry existed before they started giving Flash all the cool extra powers.
