I will leave the cahllenger to begin.

Con

Well to begin I will simply say he was not guilt of war crimes in WWII and now the burden of proof falls on the Affirmative to prove that he did indeed commit war crimes

this is unfortunate my opponent has failed to meet the burden and therefore it still stands that joseph stalin may or may not be guilty of war crimes.

if your father killed my father, am I justified in raping your mother, killing her parents and her entire family?
that's what the red army did in 1945/46.. urged on by Stalin. "kill the German, kill the German, wherever you may find them - kill them"
how many Allied soldiers were ever found guilty of even a single war crime in ww2? - zero
how many women were raped when the red army rolled in? - all of them
there is no justification for crimes against civilians - regardless of the evils of their government

I would like to argue someone in a theoretical debate:

Resolved: Hitler has impacted society in a more positive way in comparison to the opposite.

I would be Pro.

Personally, I do not think Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, or Franco should have been charged with war crimes.
