Judas Iscariot. He was a close disciple of Jesus of Nazareth. He agreed to hand Jesus over to the priests in secret to be put to death because Jesus' philosophy was opposed to Judas' embezzling habit.

Jesus knew what Judas was going to do obviously, because he is God! If you actually read the Gospel, Jesus tells Judas to do it. He never wanted to, but it was destined to happen. Jesus Christ was brought into this world to pay for our sins (sadly). That was just God's way of fulfilling the destiny.
