I say that he was not because of the fact that he barely keeps his promises.

That may be true but he has created jobs as well. over 7,000 jobs were created in the private sector

"his remarkable record of accomplishments: extending health insurance to 32 million Americans, staving off a major economic collapse, rescuing the auto industry, reforming student loans, ending discrimination against gay soldiers, pulling U.S. troops out of Iraq, killing Osama bin Laden, and passing one of the largest middle-class tax cuts in history."

He has done alot for this country and he still is trying sure he has some flaws but so does everybody. He is working to increase the safety of everyday Americans. Many people think gun control is bad but he does this to avoid incidents like school shootings.
Debate Round No. 1

Technically it was seal team 6 that killed bin Laden. And you aggreed to the fact that he never keeps his promises. Like my pastor said. " Even if they have a R or a D by their name they will never keep their promise." How can we trust him.

I never agreed key word being 'May' but moving past that in a democratic goverment which we are in the majority of the population trusts him and we voted for him. So we therefore have to trust his judgement and so far he has done things which earn hm trust such as the accomplishments in the R1 argument.

Well, thats a good observation, but how about the things that he messed up on, like Obamacare, and even young people are aginst him. I see no other vote than for the negative.

Obamacare has actually helped many people and many people have signed up in Kentucky, New York, Washigton D.C and California. These are few of the things Obamacare does for the people of America.

" The Affordable Care Act expands the affordability, quality, and availability of private and public health insurance through consumer protections, regulations, subsidies, taxes, insurance exchanges, and other reforms.
" The fact is ObamaCare does not replace private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
" ObamaCare doesn't regulate your health care, it regulates health insurance and some of the worst practices of the for-profit health care industry.

Thank you for this debate i enjoyed it

obama has screwed this country no matter what happens he will never be a good president, I will guess that obama thinks that the money he is getting for being the president is so he can live the wealthy life after his presidency.

Reasons for voting decision: Assertions vs. evidence and warrants, plain and simple. For someone who is a "Historydude," you would think that Con would know that Obama is not yet a past president, and that you need more than just opinion and anecdote to support your position.
