Damn straight. Call me a Tory romantic, but I miss King George and his merry ways. I know, the whole tax thing. Hey, we still pay taxes. And we didn't have to concern ourselves with voting. It was so much easier. I miss those good times. And fancy red coats.

There's no question that monarchies are weak and outdated. You think a country operating under a monarcy system would have been able to spread its cultural icons and delicous sodas throughout the world? England's a monarchy, and the only worthwhile thing they've produced in the last two hundred years is terrible dental hygeine.

That whole "no voting under King George" thing? That's kinda why we separated. We had no say in what they did to us, and the masses weren't too happy with that. The intellectuals weren't either. It was a bad system.

We did indeed pay taxes, but back then they were much, much higher. High enough that we revolted against a country with far more military might than we did at the time. Today's taxes are much more fair in comparison.
