Security is a right. Privacy is a given.

If full-body scanners did not have the ability to see you naked, they would be fine.

You shouldn"t have to go through our stuff just so you know we aren"t carrying anything bad.

Most people fly safely with no problems, and these people would like privacy. But since, some dumb people decided to kill some people in a plane, they ruined it for us all.

What happens when you get on a plane for a pleasant vacation, and a man turns to your mother, and stabs her?

Although this analogy is quite graphic, it's realistic. It happened. It can happen. What some people fail to realize, is that all that we've done today has helped us out, even behind closed doors.

I slightly agree that some of the ways that they check our things are a bit invading, it seems necessary. At the airport, you can walk through the scanner, quick and painless, or opt out of it and get a pat down. Whatever pleases your fancy, but I'd rather be safe then sorry.

The problem doesn't really start with the actual checking, but rather with the people that need help even before they enter any humane and public place with a weapon, or another means of applying pain to people. If we were able to control how these mentally ill people take action on their desires to do something horrible, then we wouldn't have to have a lot of people 'invading your privacy'.
