For far to long it has been human killing a human. A human abusing a human. I want that to end. We need to end the corruption that is in so many governments. We need the stop the people who abuse other humans. We need to unite this world and end the evil that is in everyone. Think about it, who would not want to live in a world without war, murder and other atrocities. We have to by any means.

I agree that War and Evil should be ended, but I think that perhaps there is a chance it should be allowed to continue. I doubt that Evil is a part of Human nature, and instead suspect that Evil is a learned behavioral trait. Would it be better if there were a method devised to stop all War and curb or dissolve all Evil that works without flaw? Yes, ideally if it somehow manages to respect people's rights and such at the same time. Dunno how that'll happen, definitely. x)

But will that last? I ask you, why not allow it to evolve, to continue? Why not let the "Evil" and the "Wars" become so gross and horrific, that it tramples on the ratings of every horror film ever made with its sheer festering terror?

Why not allow it to continue until every Human being knows evil so well, they're deadly sick of it? Then perhaps they would want peaceful lives so much, they wouldn't just make a Utopia. Maybe they'd make paradise. x)

True yet so many wars still happen, and there still tons of war crimes. Yes people have learned somewhat, but think about what would happen if war world three happened. Yes after the war people most likely would stop fighting. But who would be left.

I think people have learned atleast a little. Think the Holocaust went unnoticed by the hearts of the people who went through it? Think nobody learned from World war 1 and 2? Many people cried, many more learned of the wrath of war.

Even Obama has pulled troops back, but still opts to support countries by sending supplies and training their soldiers, rather than sending our troops to fight.

Well I would hope they woupd learn form it. But whp knows if your plane would work. We have had two world wars now, and that has not stoped wars form happening. Millions of people died in each one. But there is always some sort of war that happenes right after it.

Yes you may be right, but would it be a world worth liveing in at that ponit. Billions would die in a war like that. The world would be devastated. I want to prevent that form happening yet still make the prefect world. Now out of the two planes yours is the more realistic, but who knows what will happen.

Depends on whether we value peace through miraculous action or through experience more.

If we just cut in and magically forbid war and suffering from even happening, we have peace, but the people learn next to nothing.

I mean, unless the education system is like, amazling.

But if we allow it to keep happening, then someday perhaps people will be wise enough from the pain and suffering of war to know how to keep peace up on their own, know what to look out for, without the help of a higher authority like in your plan.

That is true, but wouldn't it be better if we had that prefect would soon rather then latter?

Maybe my argument could be simplified to; "It hits you harder that something is important when you lose it."

Reasons for voting decision: Con's argument was a bit cluttered, all he really used was a complicated "what if" scenario.
