Okay, so I believe that whaling in the southern ocean should be acted more harshly on (if that makes sense). It's illegal and has been for the past 30 years, and this may seem drastic but I would completely support anyone who believes that the navy should be involved and should be allowed to attack/board whaling ships if need be.

Yes, whaling has been hunted for over thirty years, unfortunately, near extinction. but there is no clause to include the aspect of the navy, this can cause an international disaster if a navy ship starts attacking the hunters. In my opinion, violence shouldn't be used, it may result in them fighting back, causing casualties, in injury, or in more serious mater, death. Again, they have argued with the government to stop this, there excuse is "scientific " reasons only. There's a better solution then your point of view. for example, reasoning with them, saying that they are endangered, hunt something else.

If the hunters stop, a law should be made saying if they do hunt, they will be fined or jailed for certain amount if years depending on how bad the situation is. CoastGuards ships can be hired to patrol the sea, to stop these seas.
