the best type of cheese is banon cheese, its cost a lot but the taste is something you could never for. I like bleu cheese as well but i cant say that is better the banon cheese. The crock is often placed in a cool cellar and the cheese left to ferment, with just the sporadic stir. The longer it is left, the stronger it becomes and the stronger it is the better it is. the texture is great if. you can feel it melt in yor mouth.
With blue cheese, you can do much more. This may not sound very appealing, but the blue cheese is only called blue cheese because it has a mold called Penecillium on it, giving it a spotted look and most of it's flavor. While some cheeses are fermented, the blue cheese is literally moldy, but not in a sickly way.
I have to agree with you but there is a lot of food you can make with it may be a plan color but you can make a really flaverful grill cheese. Plus for peopel who cant get blue cheese this is the cheese to go for. my reason for this is simple my dad can not eat bleu cheese becaus of the simple fact is he getts sick easy and with him eatting molled cheese could put him in danger so this is the cheese that will keep people safe.... case closed
