Assuming human cloning is possible, and humans have a soul(we can discuss about the latter some other time). Will the human clone get his own soul or will the two humans share one soul? There's another possibility, the soul will be split into two halves. If me and my opponent come to that conclusion, we should start a new debate.

I'm at work at the moment, I will leave the first debating round open. I'm curious as to what my opponent has to say. My opinion leans to; the clone will receive his own soul. I'm curious about you're opinion, blast away!

Con

An interesting idea brought up by the Pro. As the Con, my opinion is obvious: I will argue that you cannot clone a soul.

Framework:
BOP for Pro: Prove that you can clone a soul. Or somehow prove that a soul will be given to a clone.
BOP for Con: disprove Pro's points. I'll post my own case in Round 2.

Definition:
Soul - the principle of life, feeling, thought, and action in humans, regarded as a distinct entity separate from the body, and commonly held to be separable in existence from the body; the spiritual part of humans as distinct from the physical part. [1]

Cloning - a cell, cell product, or organism that is genetically identical to the unit or individual from which it was derived. [2]

I thank my opponent and look forward to my opponent posting his case in Round 2.

@Krokzak: I just realized this is your first debate. "BOP" means Burden of Proof.

This sounds more like a forum topic, rather then a debate topic.
