Everyday children wake up in the morning, but one day they wake up and its so dark outside! The child is so tired and wants more sleeps and keeps begging but parents keep saying no. Is it time to stop this routine and make schools start forward an hour so that kids can sleep one more hour?

I believe that schools should not change its starting or ending periods just to accommodate the wants of a student.

I accept this debate, as long as we're debating according to the premise I wrote above. Or, you may just start with another similar statement. One single line, instead of a story.

"You can't please everyone." Furthermore, a school shouldn't compromise its law for its students. A school is there to teach us order. How to obey the rules and such, at a young age. If such stuff can be easily changed just because of the student's wants, then what is there to teach? Rules are there for order.

I'll simply end my argument this way: No way should the school compromise for others. Thanks
