Crimes against women are increasing by the day.now a days women are not safe in any corner of the world. I think laws are responsible for this .Our universal laws are not so strong to catch criminal.

That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence. No evidence has been presented in support of the claim "Crimes against women are increasing by the day." Actually, the claim seems intuitively false. Advances in forensic science and increased surveillance have made it more difficult for criminals to get away with wrong doing, deterring criminals from from harming women.

Crimes against women are not increasing,..so this entire debate is pointless, unless you plan to credit universal laws with the decrease in crime.

How is the "question" a yes or a no question?

Should probably be "Men are responsible" or "Women are responsible" or some variant. >.>

Universal laws are to blame... Interesting theory, but I don't think it'll gain much ground. I mean just consider the case for gravity.
