I'm on Spider-man's side here. Because Spidey is stronger and smarter than Logan, and plus Pete defeated Logan more times than Logan defeated him.

Now look, I love spiderman as much as the next guy, but Logan has the healing factor, and an adamantium skeleton. He will heal from any wound, even from death at times, and should Spidey punch him, he would break his hand. This is simply a mismatched fight, like fighting Deadpool.

bro...... Spider-Man is faster, stronger, more agile, and has spider-sense. He will dodge every one of Wolverine's moves, web him against the wall, and the proceed to beat the crap out of him until he's knocked out. Heck, he doesn't even need to use webs. He will just dodge some of his attacks, lines up for a sweet punch, and haymakers Wolverine so hard he TKO.

Spidey is faster, yes. Stronger, maybe not, he's only a teenager after all, and Wolverine is over a hundred by now, but young as ever in body. More agile, yes, but remember that Wolverine has an adamantium skeleton. Peter would break his hand the first time he tried to punch Logan. Either he tries to web up Logan, who then either claws or rips his way out, or he will just dodge some of his attacks, lines up for a sweet punch, and then promptly shatter his knuckles the same way he would if he'd punched Iron Man. This is the same as the Superman flaw. Two horribly mismatched opponents. Wolverine cannot die, remember? Deadpool, who draws his powers from Logan, returns to life upon being killed, after a brief flirt with Lady Death. Wolverine's improbable death would produce a similar effect.

Spider-Man's webbing is incredibly strong, if Wolverine's webbed up and can't move his arms, I don't see much he can do, Peter would probably just wail on him.
Assuming he somehow avoids the webbing...
Spider-Man has been shown to be faster than the human eye can keep up with, so at the very least he can avoid him.
Wolverine's reaction speed is peak human, maybe slightly above. Not superhuman.
Wolverine does have a good healing factor, but doesn't Spider-Man?
Just because Spider-Man goofs off and doesn't fights that seriously doesn't mean that he CAN'T be serious.
And for the "he can't catch him" argument, he can shoot his webs wide-spread.

Spider-Man's dodged bullets.

And more:
http://media.comicvine.com......
Maybe anyone can dodge a bullet, but letting the gun be fired and letting the bullet travel to you, and THEN dodge/catch it, is something I don't think Wolverine could ever do.

Wolverine might be fast, but someone who isn't so human and moves pretty d*mn fast, he won't be moving so fast to Spider-Man.
Healing factor is something that I THINK could save Logan, but if Spider-Man gets him down and starts beating on him, he could have a chance. I consider a KO a win. Once his brain's rattling around inside his head, he'll be knocked out.
I don't think Logan's adamnatium will hurt Peter's hand, I mean, he [spider-man] can lift, what, 10 tons I've heard?
Spider-Man has more options, Logan's chance to hurt him is if he gets close, and that's something I don't think he'll allow him to do.

You don't get it. It's not that Wolverine even has to do anything. Peter will only hurt his fists trying to punch adamantium bones in an adamantium skull. Wolverine would simply wait for peter to tire himself out, healing from every wound all the while, then wait for Peter to collapse due to exhaustion and stab him. Dodging a bullet is all well and good, but Wolverine would just stand there and take the damn thing. You way as well try to fight Deadpool, Because an unarmed teenager cannot defeat a metal boned experienced fighter, even with webbing, which he can run out of, remember that. He uses the Web Shooters to fire webbing. If he has to go home to refuel, Wolverine will just head home and kill his aunt or something. Peter may as well be trying to fight a large rock, for all the good it will do him.

Wolverine is a good fighter, with an adamantium skeleton and healing factor that allows him to withstand virtually any punishment. On the other hand, Spider-Man has superhuman agility, strength and endurance, not to mention his webbing, which is extraordinarily strong and versatile.

However, I will give the match to Spider-Man, for a variety of reasons. The first is Spider-Man's super strength. All he needs to do is hit Logan in the head hard enough to stun him, and if it's a match to the death, he can shove his fist into Wolverine's stomach (no bones there, bub) and pull out whatever organs he feels like. Not very pretty, but there are some limits to Wolverine's healing factor. If it's not a fight to the death, he can web his opponent's wrists together after stunning him and then proceed to the rest of him up at his leisure.

The second reason I have to give this fight to Spider-Man is the experience these guys have. Both have been in it for a while, but Wolverine is used to having teammates to back him up. Peter Parker, on the other hand, has been a solo for virtually all his career. Though Logan is good on his own, Peter is used to it, and won't be looking for a telepath or guy who throws explosive cards to back him up if need be.

There are those out there who will say that Logan is a killing machine, and has been fighting a lot longer than Spider-Man. I disagree. Parker has been doing this for a looong time, and he's not adverse to going slightly beserk on his own.

Both men have courage, but Peter's fought tougher foes on his own. I don't recall Wolverine ever trying to stop the Juggernaut by himself, or going up against a Herald of Galactus and beating on him, like Spider-Man did against Firelord.

The final reason why I think Peter should win is personality. Let's face it, he's a lot more interesting than Wolverine. Wolverine's personality typically runs the gamut from rude, abrasive, sullen, angry, on the edge and mean and back again. There's only so much of that "loose cannon" stuff a person can believe - I don't think I've ever seen him laugh or smile in a way that wasn't vicious.

Spider-Man, on the other hand, cracks jokes, gets upset, laughs, cries and in general acts human. In fact, that was the whole point of Kraven's Last Hunt - Peter Parker would act like a hero, even if he didn't have superpowers

Wolverine has a healing factor. While it's never come to it, Deadpool gained his healing factor from Logan, and Deadpool has healed from beheadings, burns and bullets a hundred times over. If your plan is to hit him in the head enough to stun him, you will need to hit him a lot, breaking Peter's hands in the process. You would also run out of web from the web shooters by then. Even if he was to somehow stun Logan and punch a hole in his stomach, then Logan would just heal up from that. With Peter's fist still inside, making dodging his blades an impossibility.

Experience is the next reason. Peter is still a teenager, whereas Wolverine is at least 200 years old, used to fighting alone. He won't need anything to beat Peter. Peter has not been fighting for as long as Logan, not by a long shot. Wolverine never fights these enemies because he has a lone streak and encounters few enemies. He did fight a lot of Sentinels however.

Personality doesn't help you much when it comes to strength anyway. Wolverine tries to avoid contact with others not for grittyness's sake, but because after 200 years of everyone he's ever cared about dying, he tries not to become emotionally attached to them. People prefer Peter's personality to Logan because he is the younger of them and cracks more jokes, but he would never defeat Logan in a fight.

And that's the end of the debate. Spidey would last out, but after the first few days of fighting, he'd tire out and Logan would finish him.

Actually, Wolverine isn't immortal. He can die if he loses a big quantity of blood
