The presidential election caused some major uproar from the citizens of California including Hollywoods elites. The Liberals of California continue to yell "Not my president!" Even after a fair election riots break out continuously because they can't accept the fact that their nominee wasn't voted in. The state of California is no use to the other 49 states. All that state produces are Snowflakes and Liberals. If the state of California was to secede from the Union, the Union would benefit from not having the stress of dealing with the Liberals. (And on the bright side, we won't have to deal with the casualty count when San Francisco earthquake hits)

While I too hate and despise the leftists that make up California's government and population, I must unfortunately fight against their economic/political/international suicide. I believe that we can rehabilitate the trash that we call a state rather than just throwing it away. I suppose we both will share the BOP and I look forward to this debate. Good luck!

With Liberals not wanting to change it will be near, if not impossible to have the whole state to realize how terrible they are acting. If they were to secede from the Union they could have exactly what they want. The next four years the rest of us have to deal with the annoying crying coming from California. The succession of the state could possibly even help them. With a population of 33.8 million they are more than capable of managing by themselves. California produces a ton of fruit that they could finally keep to themselves. The rest of the 49 states may be destressed from the fruits but can take care of themselves in the long run after they start to grow the needed fruits. So in the end the other 49 states does not need California. Without Cali the 49 other states could finally be great again.

California while having a massive economy, is completely unsustainable on it's own. It's economy is reliant on trade deals with foreign deals with domestic trade deals with neighboring states. Leaving the USA would be disastrous for both the US and the newly independent California's economy. California makes up 12% of our entire nation's economy and holds most of our ports and cities on the West Coast. California's trade deals are all done in the United States' name and therefore, if California wishes to continue trade with other nations, they must renegotiate EVERYTHING. The main possible trading partners for California would likely be Asian Countries such as China, South Korea, and Japan. Most of these are US allies and would likely renounce California's legitimacy as consider it like Taiwan. China would never recognize California as that may result in political pressure to recognize and encourage autonomy in regions such as Tibet and Taiwan. The rest of the US and the state of California is reliant on each other and has a great level of interdependence. If one truly wants to improve the state of California or the country of the US, to just give up and separate is not the answer. A better solution would be holding fair elections of elected officials and allow open exchange of ideas and free discussion. A nation is united through compromises and negotiations and such a defeatist and pessimistic attitude will not help anyone or better the nation or society in any way.

Do you believe that the State of California has honored the United States Constitution and its Union? Or, is there some Second Union that California interprets that is not being described by California? The fact is a State cannot succeed from a Union it does not hold. A State can be show when and how a Union has been left and the consequence of the union"s abandonment.

An argument can be easily made California has in fact already seceded from the Union. As the Union that we are talking about is the union between legal Precedent and basic principle in legislation of law. A question may be, what is the consequence of secession from the Union?

Also the President is a Title an elected official earns while in the executive office. The power to vote does not insure the achievement a person in the executive office of reaching the title President. As the Title is reflective of representation of representing not the voters who have voted for the position of executive officer, It is achieved as the executive officer has proved before Congress and the voter the United States Constitution has been represented in an honorable fashion.

This may be hard to understand so an explanation of why there is an effort placed by democracy to provide opportunity for the people to elect a person who may become President might be called for. Those who study law are working to achieve a licenses by State to Practice method of creating justice in what should be an impartial system of separation based on the definition of Constitution. Politically this means the most simplistic basic way something can be described by a group of people. The basic meaning is developed to events that have happened in the past, in the recorded or written part of Law in order to improve efficacy. A lawyer simple works inside this system and has no motive or self-interest to maintain impartiality because it is counterproductive to how justice can be sought inside the system.

Events which can be used to describe the State of California"s secretion from the Union.
1. Gay Marriage as a form of plagiarism against a long standing likely-hood it is making a sexual act, part of a legal witnessed event and contract being documented by law. The application of Constitutional Union Counter, Binivir, UnosMulier, Marriage, and Civil Union.

2. Human rights and Abortion legislation, which is opening the door to use of public confessions effecting all voters to exposure of felony crimes charges, without representation, which in fact can be illegal as California has addressed this issue globally for decades. The application of Constitutional Union Counter, Gender Specific Amputation.

3. would be a woman President as a Union of Constitution would describe that a woman, though capable of holding executive office could not represent all men before the United States Constitution. She by fact of natural limits would be responsible to represent all woman, as they should have proper representation in recognition to conduct in War. The Application of a Constitutional Union of a woman and the responsibilities of President of the United States, the Title of Prasedera.

The object in maintaining the union is to make an reasonable attempt to provide the basic and clear wording, to provide separation for a person to witness a judicial or public governed event without self-incrimination into possible criminal acts themselves.

Sorry for the long read, there simply is no easy way to say all this.

*both from outside the state and outside the country, including thousands of miles away

Small edit to make the sentence sound less retarded.

The "trash" you call a state is Extraordinarily wealthy and attracts immigrants both from outside the state and thousands of miles away despite being prone to drought and more arid climate on average compared to the rest of the US. This "Liberal trash" is the literal definition of a sucess story.

Oh. Oh. Ha ha ha ha! Pure gold dude. Its not going to happen. What do you think will happen if you secede, and you still have Camp Peneldton and other Marine and Navy bases in your territory? Those are still US property, and it is impossible that they would go along with this.
