Women's are being over given rights which they can use them in a proper way. They don't know how to use their rights. Anyone against or for?

I stand against giving a woman (for that matter any person) a right to prostitution.

If we allow selling of human body, for whatever purposes , we encourage an industry where there will be chaos in terms of living. Such practices not only act as media for horrid diseases but also kill human value system. The human value system is essentially the blood line of any civilization and thus is based upon the dignity and integrity of self. Acts/Practices such as prostitution would encourage, in long term, the industry of human trafficking thus pounding a death blow to the self-integrity. Civilization would be meaningless and living would be void of any meaning.

I quite honestly think that no civilized authority or individual would consider the act prostitution a "right".

The issue of prostitution is an interesting one, but I can't discern your position. Can you clarify what exactly it is you would like to debate?
