Well because you've never stated whether you are against a woman leader or if you are against a man leader. It's quite hard to understand what you want to debate about, and it's also not understandable on what country you're talking about. Or whether you are talking about leaders in general around the world. It's fine, I'll try to debate to the best of my ability.

I know people are expecting a nasty debate on how a man might make a bad leader and how women are better. Or how women will make a bad leader and men are better. But honestly it just depends on the person. Just think about it:

Would you rather vote for a woman who:
  • Won't help the countries economy
  • Is careless of the issues that occur within the country
  • Is possibly only in leadership for the money
  • Will delcare war on innocent countries
  • Is a racist/sexist/homophobic
  • Wants to condone strict and harsh laws upon the people
  • Desperately wants the title "Evil Dictator"
  • Wants to force 1 religon upon the country (not like there are already countries like that)

Or would you rather vote for a man who:
  • Is willing to help the countries economy
  • Is willing to resolve the issues that occur within the country
  • Does not want to be president just for money, and is careless for the high pay prior to presidency
  • Tries to avoid war with countries as much as possible
  • Is not a racist/sexist/homophobic
  • Opposes strict and harsh laws against the people
  • Wants the title "Selfless President"
  • Is mindful and caring of people who chose to be a different religion than him

It's just a matter of personality, and whether people think that person would make a good leader. We live in a modern day society, and as far as the American people, gender doesn't matter as far as leaders. More and more people are now more mindful of the types of people who work in the political field.

Now sadly, there are still some people who think that women won't make good presidents.

But I'm pretty sure the majority of people today don't look at whether that person is a man or a woman or is black or white.

It's now "will this person make a good leader?" "will this person help our economy?" "will this person end poverty?" "will they be for equal rights?"
