Look, he capitalized grammar, multiple-choice, test, notify, site, take, report, results, debate, would, that, settle, and argument when he was not supposed to. Only capitalize proper nouns or the first letter of each sentence.

His punctuation is horrible too. You are not supposed to put a question mark and a exclamation point and a … behind each sentence. You also do not but a comma behind every two words like you did here: http://www.debate.org...

You also put "" around random words. You are only supposed to do that when you are quoting something or showing dialogue.
