The Right to legal council and to run your mouth on the way to jail are the only rights that can't be infringed on no matter what.

Thank you for challenging me to this debate and good luck.
There is no right to legal council in Saudi Arabia, it is flatly stated.

"Under the Saudi legal system, detainees have no right to legal counsel, no right to examine witnesses, no right to call witnesses of their own;" (http://www.krysstal.com......)

Detainees at prisons in Guantanamo and Abu Graib have been held without the right to legal council, not to mention that in countries such as Russia, China, and Sudan, people are killed or imprisoned without any legal trials. Did the Darfur refugees get to go to court over before the Sudanese government ordered the Janjaweed to kill them?

Not to mention that the constitution guarantees many other rights including the right to bear arms, which has never been completely taken away and i doubt ever will.

First off let me clarify and I should of known better, that I was referring to your rights in the United States not the entire world. I made an a## out my self for assuming that's what the challenger would think. As far as the right to bear arms that right can be striped from you for committing a felony crime. so it is not an absolute right no matter what in the United States

You cannot be held as a political prisoner inside the U.S. indefinitely, you must eather be given a trial or relaesed without charges being filed.

Not when there's no trail.

OK, But when that person eventually goes to trial he or she will be given the right to legal council before the trial commences. You are stating that the person is being held without bail essentially, but sooner or later they will have to be given a trail, or they will be released with no charges being filed. What you are referring to is called habeas corpus.

If I remember the text of the patriot act correctly anybody, including citizens, can be declared an enemy combatant and be arrested and held without trial.

I didn't think so, and I will run my mouth all the way to jail if I want to and no but no one is going to stop me not ever!

As a U.S. citizen, residing in the U.S. I can not be denied legal council if I am going to be tried in a U.S. civilian court of law. Prove me wrong!

Just shows the government has potential for taking away the rights of it's citizens, considering you don't have a legal right to counsil under some parts of the patriot act.
