What would you prefer a good manager but a bad person or a bad manager but a good person????

Thanks for the topic, pro. I accept your debate.

However, there is one major flaw. You have voiced an either/or question, and not picked a side. I will gladly play devil's advocate to whichever of these choices you prefer least.

Judging by how this is going, you either misunderstood the criteria for a debate, or simply copy-pasted a homework question here hoping for a free essay answer. I won't give you a free answer, but I will assert that I would rather have a bad manager but a good person, under the assumption that good and bad represent moral flaws when referring to a person while good and bad refer simply to leadership skills in regards to a manager. I will leave it at that so you may either contest my point and I will make a full argument in the final round, or you may forfeit again, leaving me as the clear winner.
