abortion should be legal

I Believe that the practive of abortion is murder and should be banned by the government.
I'll accept this debate.
First trimester abortion is not murder. There is no living human being inside of the mother at that time, and the government has no right to be in control of reproductive health.
Loss of knowledge and ability.
The use of abortion degenerates society by destroying the ability's and knowledge that child could have given to society. Say for instance Albert Einstein had not been born because his mother aborted him, it would have created a tremendous loss to society. All his knowledge and ability would be lost to the world. Allowing abortion deprives the world of the very knowledge and ability that child could have brought it. What ever that child could have done for the world is gone.
Abortion should be murder
What would be the difference between someone having an abortion and someone killing a child that is fully developed. There is none, that child is dead either way. As soon as the cells of the fetus proceed to divide and create that child it is a human being. There is no difference between murdering a child and having an abortion. What right do we have to curtail a beings growth.
Alternatives to abortion
Why should a mother kill her unborn child when there are other options. Adoption is just as good for an unprepared mother as abortion. If a mother cannot support a child, they should not kill it, but give it up for adoption.
There is nothing to be lost
When a child is born, his level of success will be determined by mostly environmental factors. When a child is aborted, we are not losing what could have been. In fact, we are not losing anything, since there is no human being at the time of a legal abortion.
Because there is no being, there is no murder
A human is not created at the time of conception. Instead, there is only cells dividing. That is it. Cells aren't living. Cells aren't capable of thought. They don't contribute to society.
Sometimes, a fetus needs to be aborted to protect the health of the mother. Instead of focusing on the health of dividing cells, we should be focusing on the health of a living person. That includes the mental health costs for the mother after an abortion.
What right does the government have to interfere in the reproductive systems of women? None. Abortion is a matter between a woman and her doctor, and the government doesn't have the right to dictate what happens.
