as I have stated earlier, the state of Utah already has plenty of air quality programs in place to change the air quality. please do not vote for another air quality program in the state of Utah.

I had to vote for CKaemnenryon because he made a more effective argument. However, I support the affirmative side because air quality has gotten very bad and the air in Salt Lake City is not clear anymore but more of a fog. I made my own speech about this topic. Here is one of my reasons: Contention One. Air quality is an essential part of life

Because of the, the common good, continuing with the status quo of our horrible air quality is endangering our environment and people. According to cleanairenergy.com, 70 percent of women say they are very or somewhat worried about the impact of air pollution on their own, as well as their children"s, health. Exposure to ozone for 6 to 7 hours, even at relatively low concentrations, significantly reduces lung function"(www.epa.gov) Imagine what would happen to your lungs after years of living and breathing polluted air! By supporting cleaner and better air, we support the health of everyone which supports the common good.

I had to vote for CKaemnenryon, because he stated that they have numerous air quality programs (which I dislike anyway). Also, I've been to Salt Lake City more than a dozen times, and the air quality is absolutely wonderful! Why put in air quality pork if you ask me. agaathr, you should know this because you lve in South Jordan (Part of the SLC Metro Area), and the air quality is great there, too.
