Pro

he has been seen and on the squatch shows they do wood knocks cause big foot does it.
SPENCERJOYAGE14

Con

Here are two very credible definitions that Pro and I must adhere to in today's debate.

Now that I have properly defined everything I would like to offer a "Resolutional analysis".

The resolution is: "big foot is real"

As con I am arguing that this resolution is more false than true.

I now ask that pro brings up their case.
Debate Round No. 1

Pro

nathanreddington forfeited this round.

Con

It's a bit awkward that my opponent chooses to forfeit the second round.

If my opponent does decide to show up he cannot post an argument in the last round.

Because he has not brought up any arguments nor fulfilled the burden of proof please vote for me.

RFD (1/1)

Generally, I don't ever award 7 points--but this would qualify as a rare case where a 7-point vote is justified.

CONDUCT

Pro forfeited more than Con, so it follows that PRO necessarily wins conduct.

ARGUMENTS

Pro had a massive BOP to fulfill, and didn't advance a single argument to that end, so this goes to CON by default.

S&G

I hate awarding S&G because, truly, I think it's an utterly useless criterion, but PRO's S&G in Round 1 was atrocious; if CON were even able to do so much as string a few sentences together, she would win conduct, so points to her.

SOURCES

CON sourced her definitions. I'm not the biggest fan of Urban Dictionary, and would have much preferred she use Merriam Webster or another, more credible source, but nevertheless she wins sources because PRO offered nothing.

As always, happy to clarify this RFD.
