Con

Disney has recently started producing such vulger and insultng television programmes. i sat there last night with my girlfriend watching the playhouse disney channel and disney channel to hear nothing but constant sexual innuendos throughout the night. i think these programmes should be removed and they should start showing the likes of recess and lloyd in space which taught morals and whats right and wrong. watching these new programmes was very uncomfortable to watch.

This is the United States. We have a right to free speech protected by the first amendment.

Negated.

Free speech gives people the right to publish whatever they want. You can't do anything about it, plus there aren't any "sexual innuendos," or at least none you can prove.

why would i start the debate in the first place if there wasnt any, and sure if you see a character being over and eating a banana in the general direction of anoter characters gentils then that must surely be a sexual innuendo..as seen in the latest episode that i watched of Handy Manny!! my daughters saw this and said "how funny mummy, manny looks like he's eating a willy". surely you cant be publishing stuff like this in the UK then!!!

When I took this debate it was under the assumption it was in the US because that's where I live. You never specified to the contrary.

Koopin, please don't say "our". It gives him a feeling of acceptance that we can't let him have.

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct because of Pros rudeness. Spelling because of the spelling and grammar mistakes. Convincing argument, because Con obviously had a better argument. Pro did nothing to refute the argument. His "freedom of speech" does not apply to it. Even the debate was about the USA, would he still say the same thing if they were playing porn on Disney?
