Cellphones don't limit the interactions between families because cellphones help out people. For example, if a person is reading a book, and they find a difficult word that they don't know, they go to the dictionary on their phone and then they find out what the word means. Also, when something goes wrong at school, or at your friends house, bring your phone. Not to play games, but to call your parents and tell them the situation. That's why cellphones don't limit the interaction with families.
