no we don't

all of the candidates have promises but they never relay fulfill them.
with the current economy they cant
the health care is impossible it would take to many billions out of the national budget.

its going to come back down to us in taxes or loss of befits.

or possibly both. i dont thing any of the candidates will do any good for the people of america

and im pretty sure were going to get stuck with macain because if obama wins then clinton people go macain and if clinton wins then the obama people go to macain. its a lose lose situation for the democratic party.

we will likely be stuck with decline in benefits and a continually slumping economy.

Definitions:
First off what do you mean by the "American people" and by "Win"
I will classify "American people" by 50% of the american populace, and "Win" as them being or feeling better about their country and situation because of a certain president winning.

None of these candidates have been president before, so its a lie to say they never fulfil their promises or proposals when they have not even been given the opportunity or chance to fulfil them or to not to.

Some presidential Candidates plan for health care is to do nothing, that takes $0 form the budget.
But regardless there isn't even a need to spend a single dollar on a health care initiative, for example Single-payer. A single-payer health care system would result in health care costs to decrease by 10-20% for all those who currently have health insurance. This is due to a decrease in administrative fees.
And since around 80%+ of Americans have health insurance this would cause their lives to improve and would help them meaning they infact would win something.

Many of these candidates have plans to do lots of good for the American people for example:
Gay marriage/civil unions- this will do good for gays, allowing them to be seen as equals under the law and giving the joy
End to drug discrimination- this will cause millions to not be locked and thrown in jails, and make many people less paranoid and afraid.
Ending the war in Iraq- This will alow thousands of troops to come home, making those troops and their families happy that they are out of harms way.
All those things are good for American people.

Since the election of president is a win/lose thing and since those who vote for each candidate are trying to get their candidate to win, then a majority of Americans will win because their candidate will get a majority of the votes.
