i think when some one use drugs and he must drive and he isn't a danger for the people around him then i think that when he get caught by te police they must not take his license because every one make mistakes and every body deserve a second chance , but when he get caught again then i agree they must take his license because then he waste his chance.

in Holland they want to activate this rule that is the reason i want to discus about it.

Now this debate is ridiculous and i only took it b/c im bored and was barely awake...How can you possibly debate when your high on drugs your not a danger to yourself or anyone around you...When your high you don't know what your doing...you space out randomly and your can't concentrate...its worse than driving drunk...which is really bad...

Now police are there for one reason...to protect us and keep us safe...if they let some drugee of the hook for drivin high are they doing there job???...

Now drugees don't deserve second chances...do murderers???... when you drive high or drunk you can EASILY become a murderer...VERY EASILY...when you drive you put others yours and others lives in your hand and you can take someones with one:

"oomy god...look at those...those lights there so...so---BAM"

you and someone else are dead...and why because you got all hopped up on marijuana and drove...is that fair to your victim...or the people that have to scrap youre high body parts off the road?

Now everyone makes mistakes of course...I break a dish or glass sometymes, I might hit someone with my locker door on accident...but guess what getting high isn't a mistake...you knew what you were buying...you knew what you were smoking and you knew you weren't suppost to drive...thats not a mistake...thats insoburdination and illegal...but ya everyone makes mistakes...but this isn't a mistake...

Now god help those people in Holland vote NO on this bill b/c they will regret it if they don't...

the first thing i want to say im not a idiot and i when your high your from marihuana your not how you say and every one deserve a second chance.

and you can only tel how u are when your high if your ever been high and what you just told is not realy high... thats more like harddrugs.

so what i want to say as last is that u just told a lot of bullshit ;)

First of all im not here to debate the effects of marijuana on a body whild driving, im debating that you should lose your liscense if your caught driving high

Second Chances shouldn't be given to these people who drive high.

"Nearly 5,400 people have been convicted of driving drunk two or more times, the paper's analysis showed. And 11,779 were offenders with one DUI conviction and at least one court supervision or a license suspension for a drunken driving arrest. Only in Illinois." from:
http://www.dailyherald.com...

This is just drunk driving...drinking is not an addiction...drugs our...so your more likely to high driving again and again...Now i've never been high...bless my soul...and i don't want to EVER be high...two blessings please...so don't accuse me of being high on harddrugs, I'm just giving an example of what could happen when your high...the whole jist of that was your not a safe driver high and its easy to take a life...

Now please stick to the topic and none of this off topic lot of bullshit;)

wow , I have to go with the PRO because Cons arguments were terrible...but PRO alcohol is very much an addiction as well as drugs.

The Pro side isn't much better. Alcohol isn't an addiction? Try saying that in an AA meeting and see what they say.

For another thing, if you've never been high than how are you able to claim that it impairs your judgment? From my own experience, alcohol is much worse than marijuana.

Both arguments are horrible, but the con side is despicable.

Everyone deserves a second chance? What if the high guy kills a couple, or worse, children as a result of his decision to drive intoxicated? Does he get a do over?
