Euthanasia should be allowed.
The most important reason for this is that it unburdens the pain of patients.
Also, it reduces pain of those who take care of the patients.
If the patients suffer from serious diseases so that they feel it's better to die than to live in this condition, and their families are too sorrowful to watch them, euthanasia could be the resolution.

Well: it should not be allowed because of these following facts.
1. The executioner will have blood guilt, which could drive them to commit suicide.
2. People may feel that they are a burden to their carers and so could become depressed and ask for euthanasia.
3. You cannot always tell how badly someone is injured and so may misinterpret it and so kill someone who will get better and have a wonderful life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not all of executioners commit suicide. It is an extreme example.
Possibilities of misjudgment are rare because doctors who decide whether patients are hopeless or not are professional.

Fair points, but you haven't looked at the point about depression and things like that, because if euthanasia is allowed, then under what circumstances? Who says whether or not someone is allowed to ask for euthanasia? The family, or the doctors, or maybe even the government? There are lists of endless things that could go wrong, and I don't know if anyone else agrees with me, but often, if it is an older person, they may not know exactly what is happening, and so may become scared, ask for euthanasia, and then it is given before anyone can say yes or no to the request!!!!!
