fuzail wins?!??!?!?!?

The economic theories of Fuzail are all insubstantial. They are just that, theories. Creating four new States, each with its laws contradicting the constitution in its own way as a dry run to test the future of the United States of America's economy is insane. These States may be populated by prisoners, and penal colonies have worked in the past (Australia), but who's to say they will play along? Mexico and Canada may also not agree to us taking their land by force to create these new States.
