The difference between their leadership qualities are their capacity to address the topic at hand.

each is given a condition and circumstance when their input is viable, acceptable, and predominantly significant.

neither is specifically a better leader, but one party which is usually required to take action is the men, and thus their decisions are relevantly their own to make. However, in other situations, this is not specifically relevant. School, and business are not necessarily leadership roles as the group doe snot need to follow but simply acknowledge the domineering member.
