i believe students should go abroad for bachelors . you get a good exploring environment.
you get more smatter than you are . they can know how people in different countries. and hence they get their life into a new turn and learn a lot of different things which they could not learn in their respective country.

Traveling abroad for 4 years which is generally the length it takes to achieve a Bachelors Degree.

Factors to be considered:

Cost, you are going to be living in a completely different country presumably with no relatives, your going to incur a tonne of costs that you wouldn't have had if you had stayed in your own country, for example your living costs and transport costs, you need your own apartment, make your own food and also pay for travel to and from the country every few months to come home to your family on top of whatever your living costs are.

Language Barrier, unless you are Bilingual or have parents who speak the language that you are going to you will not be able to integrate properly, you can learn as much of a language before going to another country but it will never prepare you fully for the colloquial language or also for the accents which will make it even sound completely different to whatever you think you might have learnt.

The Actual Degree,
Unless you plan on living in that country when you finish your bachelors degree, when you return to your own country after your degree it may not be accepted as the employer would prefer people who were educated in the country and have a very good idea of how it is done in the country in which the business is located.

Culture,
The diversity of different countries is always interesting but to try and experience it when you are also suffering trying to pass your exams in which you are confused by, I think the culture could end up seeming like a hindrance to you.
It would make a lot more sense to travel to the country you want to experience on a summer job where you can relax a bit more and mix with the locals far easier.
