nowadays, many of teachers like to use harsh action to the student do yo realize that, it can make student bar grudge to the teacher

Though students may bear grudges against teachers, that does not always change the outcome of the punishment.

As you have not defined the terms, I will be assuming that by "harsh action" you mean corporal punishment or severe scoldings and humiliation.

The students may hate the teacher, but the humiliation of the punishment and the possibility of more will cause the person to stop acting out of turn and follow the rules. Harsh action psychologically changes a person, especially when there are others who witness the humiliation of the person, and when the person knows that this harsh action is a possibility in the future.
