I am going to assume that Pro is referring to the insect rather than the company. That being said, I propose the following definition:

Globalization (n.): growth to a global or worldwide scale; "the globalization of the communication industry"

Globalization generally incorporates McDonald's, a multi-billion dollar fast food corporation that seems to pop up in every developing nation willing to possess such a grotesque restaurant. Caterpillars, lacking the ability to digest ground beef or reach the counter, would be incapable of participating in McDonald's schemes, and would therefore not be directly affected by globalization. In the event caterpillars develop such remarkable abilities, I suggest you alert your local military personnel, who will resolve the issue with as little bloodshed as possible.

Please clarify your stance on this debate. Are you supporting that globalization has been beneficial to the company Caterpillar?
