gay is a being rubbing water togeather to make fire

Con

Gay is a being that has homosexual desires [1]
Without a warrant for your definition, the voter may as well discard it as complete nonsense. Without an argument that has a warrant behind it, the claim is left without any foundations, and is able to be blown away in the wind with this: an extraordinary argument requires an extraordinary source.

Now, I would like to show the voters something that is actually important; a graph that is showing that the consumption of high fructose corn syrup is extremely closely linked with pedestrians killed by cars:

Reasons for voting decision: S+G: Neither the title nor the """"argument""""" is properly punctuated by Pro. Arguments: Pro never made one, and with such an odd claim as "gay people rub water together to make fire" they really needed something. Sources: only Con provided any sources.

Reasons for voting decision: All points to Con for better arguments, sources, and definitions. I don't know why pro would throw away the debate like that, but they did.

Reasons for voting decision: Con was right, because pro claims that gay is rubbing water together to make fire. This isn't even close to being true. Con claims that being gay is having homosexual desires. This is true. Therefore, con wins.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro was wrong. Con used a proper definition of gay from a dictionary which Pro did not do, so Con's definition wins out based on it being supported by a dictionary.
