I believe homosexuality should not be considered as a crime in India as it is inhumane to rule over someone's life and to influence a transgender's choice. It is up to the person what he wants to do with his life. Be it a gay/lesbian. I believe the law has no role in it and has no right to deem it as a crime

I think that this is fine it stiles fear into gay people and makes them stop and think about what they are doing

Wrong ?
How can you say that what these people are doing is wrong ?
Are you scared of the fact that if this continues....homosexuality....the human race will come to an end ?

There is a simple answer, this debate is really childish. "Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code makes sex with persons of the same gender punishable by law"(Wikipedia). You don't need a debate to figure that out.

Lol, the question "is homosexuality illegal in India?" isn't a debate topic. It gets a definite answer based on what the law is. Your "is" should be a "should."
