sport is definitely not important to our life or school at all. it just a waste of time when tomorrow is the NAPLAN test. way slower than loosing weight. cant you eat more healthier food . by the way even if you think it is fun don't you think people getting hurt is fun?
Sports shape your body. THey prevent obesity. They are a good time waster. Sports can be used to clear your mind off things, calm you. Sports can help a lotin life. For example, take martial arts. If you ever get in a fight and you have been practicing kung-fu, sumo, or other martial arts, you have the odds of winning. Isn't it beter to jog, fight, swim, for a couple of hours one every two days than going around with a sheet on which you write the number of calories you have consumed. Wouldn't it be better to eat everything you want and doing sport one every two days than looking at a bar of chocolate and hating yourself because you can't eat it? Who would you rather date: a person that has a gravity field around her or a skinny beautiful person? Sports make your life longer. You are always fit and in shape.
