The "no race policy" is not the best policy for dealing with racism because people should be taught to love everyone, no matter what race, and your race and heritage is something to be celebrated and to be proud of. Race is a unique identifier to every person, and everyones race is slightly different. Race is a part of everyones personal story, and everyones race contributes to their personal story in different ways. Race is your heritage, your extended family, and something that connects you to different people all over the world. it helps give you a sense of nationalism. It can help you take sides and determine your morals during difficult political issues, and it can even give you something to fight for when you have nothing else to fight for. Therefore it is wrong to disregard it all together. As long as we are not "labelling" them as you proposed, and instead accepting them, there shouldn't be a problem.
